Our products are built to make a van easier and safer to live with. Fitted or used wrongly, though, 12V electrics can damage property or hurt someone - which is why the guides say what they say, and why this page exists.
SavvyVan products are designed to provide convenience and safety to users of campervans, motorhomes and other recreational vehicles. However, improper installation, use or operation of our products may cause damage to the product itself or to other property, or even injury to individuals. It is therefore important to read and follow all instructions and safety precautions provided in the installation guide carefully.
SavvyVan and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damage or injury resulting from the installation, use or operation of its products that is not in accordance with the instructions and safety precautions provided in the installation guide. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect installation, use or operation of the product, or any modifications made to the product. SavvyVan shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of its products.
By purchasing and using SavvyVan and its suppliers’ products, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all responsibility and risk associated with the installation, use and operation of the product. You further acknowledge and agree to hold SavvyVan and its suppliers harmless, and to release them from any liability for any claims, damages or expenses arising from your installation, use or operation of its products.
None of this affects your legal rights. If you bought as a consumer, nothing on this page removes or limits the rights the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you. We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, and where the law says a liability cannot be excluded, we do not exclude it.
