Business terms and conditions
These terms apply to all business-to-business sales made by SavvyVan LTD. By placing an order, the business customer agrees to be bound by them.
1. Scope of supply
SavvyVan supplies vehicle electrical, control, monitoring and automation products, including touchscreen control panels, power management systems, sensors and associated software.
All products are supplied on a supply-only basis. SavvyVan does not provide installation services.
2. Installation responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring products are installed by suitably qualified installers, and in compliance with all applicable safety standards, vehicle manufacturer requirements and local regulations.
Products must also be installed in line with SavvyVan’s published installation guide for that product. That includes keeping control boards, add-on modules and other fitted parts reachable for servicing without dismantling fixed furniture.
3. Software licence and updates
Embedded software and firmware are licensed, not sold. SavvyVan grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software solely for product operation.
Software updates will be provided for the lifetime of the product, defined as the period during which the product is actively sold by SavvyVan.
4. Warranty
Products we manufacture are warranted for 12 months from dispatch, on a return-to-base basis. Third-party products carry their manufacturer’s warranty.
SavvyVan3 products qualify for an additional 12-month warranty when registered within the initial warranty period.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only, and excludes labour - including removing and refitting products - and consequential costs. Further details are in the warranty policy.
5. Limitation of liability
SavvyVan’s total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
SavvyVan shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or vehicle damage.

7. International sales
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and local compliance. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8. Data protection
SavvyVan is registered with the ICO, registration number ZC072581. Data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
