For converters, dealers and installers

More than a trade price

A trade account gets you better pricing and panels that arrive ready to fit. Beyond that, your logo can sit on the screen of every van you build - and, if you want it, an app of your own, published under your name rather than ours.

Trade accounts

Open to any registered company working in the automotive leisure industries - converters, dealers, installers and retailers. What it gets you:

  • Trade pricing, and better again at reseller volumes.
  • Panels that arrive ready. Tell us the loom and we fit the right interface module before it ships - Sargent, CBE or BCA PowerPart. Your fitters open the box and plug it in.
  • Or build to our connector. At volume the tidier answer is the other way round: you make the loom to suit our stock connector, and every panel that arrives is identical with no variant to keep track of. Worth a conversation about numbers before you commit a loom design either way.
  • Your branding already on them, if you take the branding option below. No setup on your bench.
  • Early sight of what is coming. New modules go to trade before they go anywhere else, so you can plan a model year around them rather than react to one.
  • A person, not a form. You get someone here who knows your build.
  • Guides published before you buy, so a fitter can read the job through before the parts arrive. Everything is on the support hub.

Put your name on the screen

Devices come pre-configured with your branding. We put your logo on the top of very page, ensuring its always visible to your customers.

Tap it and there is a business page inside the panel. What goes on it is up to you - most converters use it as a permanent business card: who built the van, when, and how to reach you. Still there in five years when the second owner is wondering who did the electrics.

We design it with you rather than asking for artwork and guessing: you get up to three mock-ups to choose between.

What it costs to run

Two parts, and no per-panel charge:

  • A one-off setup fee to design and build your brand page.
  • An annual subscription that keeps it maintained.

That second one is doing real work. Every firmware update has to be tested against every custom build, or a bug fix for one customer breaks the branding for another. The subscription is what keeps your panels getting the same updates as everyone else’s, without your name falling off them.

It covers every panel you ship, however many vans that turns out to be. It is charged per account, not per unit.

Your own app

The SavvyVan app puts the panel on the customer’s phone. If you already brand your panels, it can be your app instead: published under your own name on Google Play and the App Store, as a listing of your own.

  • Your app name and your branding
  • A separate store listing, found by searching for you
  • No visible SavvyVan branding to the end customer - attribution is optional
  • A branded version of the SavvyVan app, opening on a converter’s own logo instead of the SavvyVan one
  • The branded app menu, with the converter logo in the top bar above entries for switching, lights, battery, levelling, heating and tank levels
  • The branded app battery screen showing 50 per cent state of charge, time remaining, and live amps, volts and watts

It is the same app underneath, so it gains whatever the SavvyVan app gains - not a fork that goes stale. Same shape as the panel branding: a one-off to set it up, then an annual amount to maintain it.

This is not about app features - it is about the handover. “Our vans come with their own app” is a sentence that works on a stand at the NEC, in a brochure, and in the ten minutes before someone signs. And it keeps your name in a customer’s pocket long after they have forgotten which dealer they used.

Available to customers who already have branded panels, since the app carries the same identity.

Bespoke

Just because we built it a certain way does not mean it is right for you.

If your conversions need something we have not catered for, or you want a different look, we can work with your team on a new interface or extra functionality. Nothing is off the table - we would rather build the thing you need and keep the relationship than sell you the thing we happen to have.
