Everything · SavvyVan Lite v2.1

No longer sold, still documented

The panel that came before SavvyVan3, sometimes called SavvyVan2. It is no longer sold or supported, but the guides stay published for the people who already own one.

A SavvyVan Lite v2.1 panel fitted in a Taylored Campervans conversion, set into a blue surround beside a Propex heater control and above a double socket

What replaced it

SavvyVan3 is the current panel. It is different hardware throughout - faster, with a new interface, third-party integrations, and support for the add-ons that came after Lite. Anything on this site that mentions a panel is talking about SavvyVan3.

Why the newer add-ons will not pair

SavvyTanks V3, SavvyLights, SavvyStance v2 and the Propex and Autoterm heating modules all need a SavvyVan3 panel. It is a generation gap - the Lite panel cannot talk to any of them. Nothing is wrong with your unit, and there is no setting that will fix it.

The exception is SavvyShunt, which works with the Lite as well as SavvyVan3.

The instructions, before you buy

Every guide we write is published - read it first and decide whether it looks like your kind of afternoon.
